Alright guys this guy is a doozy. So Felipe originally spoke english, But ever since he went to a war. He was partnered with a Spanish speaking demolitionist. hanging out with this guy gave Felipe an Explosive personality. But unfortunately, Mr. Boom (The Spanish Demolitionist) died by his own explosion. To remember Mr. Boom. Felipe only talks in broken Spanish because he never learned the whole Spanish. And that's his backstory. So it doesn't really matter if you can't speak Spanish, all I ask is an attempt at a Spanish Accent.
