Dolores Beasley, the Failed Ultimate Waitress, was deemed a failure for a variety reasons. First she was said to have stolen tips that other waiters and waitresses were supposed to receive, second she's argued with customers, making the image of the restaurant she worked at look bad. The list can go on, but those were the two main reasons. While respectful and kind at first, Dolores is bashful and ignorant. She will start arguments to whoever says she's wrong.
