This man is very... strange to say the least. Ellen was found fighting with a bunch of grease ball bandits in the middle of a bar. Vernon was the one who found him and took him in to join his gang.
Ellen demonstrated using poison and acid magic and had a strange amount of prowess with a sythe. He wielded it like it was almost alive...
Ellen is normally quiet and doesnt like to speak unless spoken to. But when he talks, it gets weird. Sometimes, when no one is around... he can be heard talking to himself! Some people chalk it up to him playing with his pet lizard.
He also tends to get strange in a fight. His personality changes almost completely. He turns into a condescending ass hole who taunts his enemies and does the most dickish things to them.
His voice is most certainly Adachi like from persona 4. High pitched for a man. Kinda cute and squeaky.
