Sarah Mary Lowe (sare-uh mare-ee low) is one of the twin witches that raised Sara d'Reimu and taught her to control Oculus Necrosis. She gave birth to a daughter, Evadne (ee-vad-nee), who disappeared days after she was born. Distraught by the disappearance of her daughter, Sarah Mary turned cold towards her family after the baby was taken.

Sarah Mary's voice actor should be able to do both a warm and cheery voice and a cold and sinister voice. Both types of voices will be needed.
