Tremon Burnett, the Failed Ultimate Rapper, or as people know him, NCAA Icey is an interesting case. He got into the rehabilitation program due to a conspiracy where he was using the vocals of a different rapper rather than his own. Even at live performances, he's been accused of lip syncing. Hope's Peak Academy didn't know what was real or not, so they put him in the program. Tremon's a pretty chill guy but he can get quite aggressive. He has a modern-rapper way of speaking with a low-mid pitch. (you don't need to be able to rap but if you can, it'd make a good addition)
