Hoalin is a genderless monster that uses “it” pronouns (no, this is not a joke) and has an…interesting accent and they write their narrations in it too. It can say rather silly things and tend to be rather laidback but also excitable. Hoalin somehow gets swept up in Marla’s shenanigans against its will.

    (narration) “Neeo that wes a haggard concept. Ah couldn’t tell if she meant it literally or figuratively.”

  • “Whoa! Yee weor yellin at the sadistic, fearsum Prince iv Nightmares. You’re a brev yen, Darleané.”

    “Guess Javis doesn’t knar mich abyeut those kind iv things, does he?!”

  • “Canny, cos ah can’t gan.”

    (narration) “See, i’m supposed tuh be helpin them myek sum army an' aaal I’ve gotten yeut this are sum canny fashion tips. Life wi' Marla hez elwis been see excitin, but suddenly it’s been geet borin. Ah mean, it’s mintor that ah got tuh meet a Burnor recently, but othor than that, wot a bummor.”
