He should have a calm, soothing medium pitched voice. He's kind of like a mix of Komaeda from Danganronpa and Garry from Ib.
So that's roughly how life will be for you here. If you don't understand, there's a note in your room that explains it all again. No one will ask anything of you here. There are a few things to keep to, but it should be a peaceful life.
