Miranya is an Inquisitor of the Divine Prosecution, a high-ranking Thalmor officer sent by headquarters to audit the Blackreach project. She is the most visible antagonist from the Thalmor faction, and the player encounters her on numerous occasions. She is a true believer in elven supremacy, even debating the subject with the player at one point. With the exception of Nahkriin and the Daedra, Miranya is likely the most blatantly evil and sadistic of the mod's characters, and voice actors should prepare to exemplify the condescending, villainous stereotype that many members of the Thalmor fall into--and have fun doing it. 

A sophisticated-sounding British accent is mandatory for this character. Tone is condescending and sarcastic, dipping into anger every so often. Speech should be smoothly and piercingly delivered.
