Thank you for the audition. Awesome delivery. You just have to learn how to remove background properly. Great basic way is to leave at least 15-30 seconds of recorded dead space in the beginning or the end of your recording. That way, whatever program you are recording on, you can get the noise profile on that section, and remove it competely throughout the whole clip. It will help you sound better when compressing, equalizing, and normalizing. This is for auditions and demo clips. Most times the director or company who hired you will want to do all that themselves. When I listen to auditions, is all about first impressions. But when I cast and edit I prefer to do all the fun post stuff when sound mixing and editing. Hope that helps.
