Kesem Bolar is a Redguard officer of the Penitus Oculatus, serving as a special inspector to investigate rumors of dragons following the attack on Helgen. He fights with a unique crossbow and is skilled in stealth combat as an operative, and often makes use of disguises during quests (sometimes with humorous results.) He is fiercely loyal to the Emperor and the Empire, and has an interest in the history of the now-defunct Blades, the potential rebuilding of which is the focus of his personal quests.  He has a grudge against the Thalmor for their destruction of the Blades, which his father served in, and for their perceived role in the destruction of Hammerfell. He's one of the more lighthearted characters and likes to joke around, but holds himself professionally and is able to speak seriously about important topics. This character is a romance/marriage option.

An American accent is preferred for this role, but not absolutely required. Voice actors should ideally be able to perform a variety of different accents, as the character disguises himself as someone else on several occasions throughout the story. No specific tone or speech patterns are required; please feel free to offer your own interpretation of how Kesem might sound based on his character description.
