The Announcer gives the viewer a rundown of what happened the episode before, may add commentary on larger/more important episodes, and gives a narration of what will happen in the epilogue of each episode leading onto the next. Prefferably, I do not want the voice to be over-exaggerated and full of hype, yet bold, calm, and serious. No gender preferences here, just give me your best shot, and we'll see where it goes from here. Thank you, and good luck!
