Sukikuma is one of the two heads of the Eternity Auberge. She is perky, upbeat, and, as her sister would say, insufferable. She is in charge of the day shift of the hotel.
Sukikuma has a bright, excitable, and squeaky voice. She's the type of person -- er, bear -- to end every sentence in an exclamation point.

"Ha-ha-ha-hiya! I'm Sukikuma, yep! But you can call me Suki! I'll be your host at this looooovely hotel, uh huh!"
