As the general for the military, you will be giving updates to the player via letters, the news and phone calls. You must have a somewhat strange and quirky (we will let you decide what this means) range with a ready to blow attitude. Your character is under stress and under-qualified buffoon who has their heart in the right place but is ready to shout if things get... difficult.
"Listen here, Marl. I don't like the shape of your intentions and when I don't like the shape of something, I... i...uh, have it checked out.... of the building! So just... can't we just blow them to hell? Awh forget, you're the expert.... or am I?.... i'll... uh... i'll call you later."
"Hello, Marl? You've done very well with the stealth mission I ordered you to do, so well in fact.... I DIDN'T SEE IT! NOR DID THE BIRDS IN THE SKY, NOR DID THE FREAKIN' LOCALS! You didn't do it did you? Not following orders is a serious crime... I think. Stealth the place up. NOW!"
"Hey Marl!!! It's over, you did it! You've only gone and done it! Wayyyyyyooooooo! Really, well done. You've done a great job. They've called back their ships, tanks, freakin' everything! No nukes needed Call me back when you get this, there might be a medal or 6 for in the mail, so.... freakin' call me!"
