Anwen Lowe (ahn-wen low) is one of the twin witches that raised Sara d'Reimu and taught her to control Oculus Necrosis. She is an extremely intelligent individual with strong family values. She welcomes Sara d'Reimu into her family with open arms. Anwen worries about her twin sister, Sarah Mary, greatly, as Sarah Mary is not the brightest.


Anwen is a caring individual, and her voice should show off this trait. Her voice is smooth and clear.
