Billy Kane is a fighter from Britain and was Geese Howard's right hand man, working closely with Raiden. He was defeated by Andy. He basically hangs out at Duck King's party in this movie.

While Billy cannot be considered a "good guy", he is not an evil man; his criminal career is motivated more by a desire to make easy money and his respect for Geese Howard than actual malice. His softer side is often shown when he's with his sister or friends.

For the voice, a British/English accent is very important to the character. Pitch can be anywhere between deep and medium.

I really love the accent and voice! The execution may not have been what I had in mind (Mainly I would have prefered less pauses between sentences), but overall a great Billy!

Enunciation sounds a bit off at times, but even still it's a very fun and fitting take to listen to. Surprisingly cheery, too, wasn't expecting that.
