Akio Bonhomme is the Ultimate Linguistic. Ever since Akio was young, globetrotting, cultures, and the formation of languages have interested him, and he yearns for the day when he can study abroad at a fancy college far across the world. He started travelling at at a young age with his journalist parents, and never looked back. He spends all of his free time studying languages and their composition, and has been able to become fluent in 2 languages (English and Mandarin) in addition to his native Japanese and French, which he speaks at home. At the start of Danganronpa: FF, Akio has no memories of his school life at Hope’s Future. 

Akio is very reserved and soft-spoken, preferring to focus his energy into his studies. While he comes across as shy, he is by no means a pushover -- he just prefers to avoid confrontation. Akio is easy-going and tends to go with the flow of most situations, letting others take the lead when it comes to big choices and decisions.

Akio's voice is relatively deep, but also very soft. However, it shouldn't be airy or whispery -- his voice may be soft but it is not weak. He isn't as emotional as some other characters, but he still needs to be able to react to situations accordingly, so don't let his "soft-spoken" nature become a "monotone" nature.
