Chi Chi is a minor character. She's Goku's wife and her characterization is more defined as "desperate for attention" rather than an angry, overprotective house wife. 

Her voice must sound more mature, as she's a middle aged woman. She should also sound motherly. 

  • *saddened* We only get to be intimate like twice a year and if we try anything now, I’ll get CPS called on me.

  • Well get a move on then! I don’t want a child for a husband!

  • Then it’s settled! Goku, Goten, and Trunks will fly off into space to get those dragon balls using Bulma’s new spaceship.
