Cachino is a member of the Omertas family working in the Gomorrah casino. When talking to him at first, he is extremely rude. After reading his journal or talking to others in the Gomorrah, the player character discovers that he does many things behind the Omertas' back that could get him killed if they were to find out. He also has a room in the Gomorrah and is mentioned by Joana during the quest "Bye Bye Love." According to her, Cachino is sadistic. He has repeatedly brutalized and raped her and some of the other working girls. These perversions, along with his side deals, are detailed in his journal.
Voice: American is fine. But would prefer Brooklyn, Italian accent., ie. Goodfellas, Godfather, Casino, Once Upon A Time in America, etc. Just picture a 1940s gangster movie. An American voice is fine as long as you make it fit that setting.

(Angry) (ready to kill someone) Now you start talking real clear, and I mean fucking crystal clear, because I'm about to lose my patience.Now tell me why you been dropping {droppin'} my name before I get some muscle over here and we find a private place to talk{Talk emphasized} .
Do I look like some kind of fool? I'm not paying you so you can double deal on me.
