Here is Drowzee, he is a outlaw, he hates weaklings and does what he has to in order to survive,he is very cold but there is a soft side to him although its pretty small.
Be creative but i am imagining a cowboy, western outlaw voice for him that really is like a drifter. think of erran black from mortal kombat,he is a good example for what i see of his voice.
