Sonic Universe: The Silver Age - Gold Needed (1F)

Gold's voice is open to interpretation, but please reference the notes below in order to get a better idea as to what I'm looking for the overall sound:
- She appears to be the same age as Silver, a teenage girl of 13-15 years.
- Overall, her voice feels like it has two modes to it - one for regular speaking and
one for telepathy.
- While speaking normally Gold feels very high-strung, nervous, and shaky. The best way to put
things would be that she's reminiscent of Silver in his younger days - less experienced, very
unsure of his abilities and lacking confidence. Gold gets worked up very easily, and because of
this is prone to panicking in situations regularly.
- Her telepathic voice, on the other hand, comes off as calm and collected. She seems more
comfortable speaking through her mind, so the dialogue will sound more reserved and will shed
her real voice's natural shakiness.
- Aim for a mid-to-high tone. Keep the voice sounding younger (i.e. young teenager),
but avoid going too childlike or 'bubbly' with it.
In addition, I've included some context notes for each audition line; these should help give auditioners an idea of what's going on in the scenes each line is pulled from:
Line 1: Gold is speaking to Silver via telepathy, with the final pause signalling
the two meeting in person. This line has Gold being very secretive, but not in an
ominous manner. Gold's tone should give off the vibe that she will gladly tell Silver
everything he needs to know, but she's keeping some points about herself hidden...for now.
Line 2: The group has been found out, and Gold has begun to freak out. As she mentions
in this line, Gold doesn't handle stress very well, so be sure to capture that in the take.
This can include things like stammering, speeding up your delivery during the line, elevating
the sense of panic in your voice. Try different things out!
Line 3: Gold is quickly explaining to Silver how they're going to supercharge Prof. von Schlemmer's
mind in order to pull off their plan. At this point, she is focusing all of her mental
power on pulling it off. Gold is confident in her abilities, but at the end there should still
be that small hint of nerves present. Think of a person first conquering their fears; some worry
still exists, but your newfound courage and confidence is going to be more dominant in your tone.
To know my true power would bring doom to us all - just know that I am an ally. As for where I am...look no further. (Calm, reassuring, but a little secretive)

Hey there, great audition! I really enjoyed your take of Gold; there's a subtle hint of worry and uneasiness in the voice, and it gives your lines a lot of traction. The second line in particular really sells it, too. Well done!
