Igmund is the current Jarl of the Reach. As one of Skyrim's eight provincial rulers, he has a lot on his plate, including staving off the Forsworn ravaging the Reach, sustaining peace with the Empire, and keeping the mafioso-esque Silver-Blood family in check. His participation in the Markarth Incident during the reign of his father has made him a central figure in Skyrim politics, and he's seen as one of the more experienced and even-handed jarls along with his longtime friend Balgruuf of Whiterun. His subjects have mixed feelings on his reign, with some saying that he is not doing enough to address the Forsworn crisis. He is a major supporting character during the Markarth sections of the story and is involved with a variety of other functions such as the thaneship quest for the Reach.

Voice should sound older and dignified, with an American or Nordic accent. Tone is confident and even, and speech is clear and calculated, if somewhat evasive of difficult questions.
