Vincy for The Doctor
A person of an unknown nature and even more unknown agenda, the Doctor is the Supreme Commander of the forces of Rhodes Islands and its primary staff officer when it comes to its operators. While the remains of his history and memory remain a partial mystery, even to those that knew him before his retrieval, he remains a figure of respect and honor within Rhodes Island.
The Doctor's emotional state is marred by the same human fear and emotions that carry over those that have seen too much suffering and violence in the world, a person who remembers his own powers a leader as well as how much the responsibility entails. Even to him, the long shadows of his past may close in the comings months, as his own history eventually will catch up to what Kalt'sit considers a violent end.

The third item saw the death of a Laterano citizen serving as the chief executive of a city state guard unit. And the fourth item nearly caused a war...most of Executor's mission record is like this.
Tone here is ok, you have part of the necessary darkness within your voice as well as the calm demeanor but I think you need to put a bit more emotional backing behind your lines to really make them stand out. Delivery is fine as well, you have a steady pace for the most part, even though the second line does drag a little bit, but I think your inflection could use some work in making the reading come off as a bit more natural. Pitch here is appropriate, it's within the parameter's for the character's voice range and it fits with the other voice lines for him as well; but please take into consideration the previous criticism as a guideline on how to improve here.
