Papaverea Physema (also known as "magistra Physema," or "Mrs. Puff") is Spongirobertus's driving instructor. Given how bad of a driver Spongebob is, he's been in her class for much longer than any other student. It doesn't help that she finds him incredibly annoying, making her a practically tortured soul in the show. It's also been hinted that she's a bit derranged and commonly goes to jail due to Spongebob's incompetence, or her own. Her speaking style is rather motherly sounding, and she has the sort of sing-songy voice expected from a teacher of young children. The voice actress doesn't need to emulate her voice exactly, but should be able to sound teacher-like, as well as be able to express annoyance, frustration and insanity very well.
