Our little toddler boy, Balloon Boy, can only say very small phrases due to him being inexperienced at actual speaking. He should have that same toddler energy that any other would. A robotic effect would really help the voice.

Heya! Could you make your voice sound more like a child? It right now sounds way too deep, also, please change the robotic effect to a flanger of some kind. Also, take out the reverb and replace it with a delay.
