Mikan Tsumiki is the SHSL Nurse. Mikan suffers from extremely low self-esteem as a result of severe abuse and bullying. She is easily intimidated to the point of tears, apologizes a lot and when nervous or startled, and stutters over words.
Voice-wise I'd like a high and timid female voice. Make sure to stutter and hesitate a lot, and try not to make her sound too squeaky.
