Background: Rubia is the big bad. She is an evil overlord who wishes to destroy the Elite Senshi and any remaining artifacts or people from Heartz. She speaks with a low, mature but booming voice. Not much is known about her other than she is obsessed with beauty and hates failure.
Note: Rubia first appears in episode 1, is absent for a few episodes until her return in episode 4 and 5.

(She watches Earth on a crystal ball and is thinking of an evil plan. In a low, convening voice, she says this line to her subordinates) Earth looks so peaceful.
(She watches one of her subordinate die by the hands of the Elite Senshi through her crystal ball and Rubia is furious. One of her living subordinates tries to calm her down, but she is fuming with anger) I don’t need him. What I need is the crystal!
(By the climax of the series, Rubia’s henchmen have captured two of the Elite Senshi, and she is watching the other four reminiscing on how they can get their teammates back through her crystal ball. Rubia is amused by her doing. Her henchman enters the room) What is it? (beat, smug with wicked laughter) Interesting.
