Golden Freddy is an animatronic with the soul of a child trapped inside it. Their voice is a mix between a young girl and a deep scary growly voice. This character is supposed to be the most frightening character in the game and as such, appears quite rarely. Although this role is listed as 'minor,' it's crucial that the voice is effectively nailed. Refer to the internet for examples.
