Alecto is one of the Erinyes (Furies), specifically the punisher of moral crimes. She is usually in charge and ring leader of all the missions and tasks that she and her sisters have to do for Hades. 

We are first introduced to Alecto working out on a treadmill when she receives a call from Hades. Unlike his other employees, Alecto is quite snarky and friendly towards her boss, even going so far as to call him "dusty ass dad". When it's time for her and her sisters to go on a mission, she is the ringleader of it and takes charge of the operation. Alecto is very much in favor of violence.
