I'm creating a Jet Set Radio fan 3d animation project called Jet Set Radio Revolution. Jet Set Radio is a classic popular Sega game for the Dreamcast and a sequel for the first Xbox. I need Voice actors for my short film. I have 3 characters right now I need a voice actor for, all male.  3. Lee is a smaller kid possibly skipped a grade for a high school kid. He doesn't have much friends besides Beat, he knows the path he is on and tries to warn him. But secretly he wishes he was like him, not scared to be free. Lee suffers from asthma and has a scratchy low high pitch voice.  Lee is an OC (original character). Lee is about 14-15 years old and has a really young scratchy voice. Some female voice actors may represent him better.
