Junpei is a high energy and admittidly overconfident guy who really wants to show off and impress the ladies. He's quite the goofball and generally acts as a form of light hearted comic relief within the group of S.E.E.S. while making jokes and having fun on the side. If you'd like to shoot for an impression of Vic Mignona's take on the character then that's fine, but I always welcome and encourage people to try and present their original takes on characters.
