Battlefield
Max Noble for Leon Gray
Leon Gray is a 30 year old pilot of the US battle planes. He's a bit stubborn, but has a kind heart somewhere under that uniform. He first joined the war because his father had followed that path, and his grandfather as well. He only wanted to make his family proud, and that's still his ultimate goal - even though he betrays superior orders to help one discharged soldier get back onto the battlefield after she reveals a plan to him on how to end this war once and for all. That'll make a good story to tell his kids when he goes back home right?
"You've gotta be outta you're goddamn mind if you think this is gonna work!... So you've got a death wish, is that it?"
(In a bit of disbelief, but still a serious tone nonetheless.)
"Kid, this is you're stop - I can't go any further, it's far to close to the enemy lines, I'm already struggling to keep this plane in the air!"
(In a bit of a panic, and struggle.)
"And kid... Good luck."
(Making an attempt to catch someone's attention, and on the final part, being sincere.)
Very well done I dare say! Tone and spacing are spot on! Amazing job!
