Perfect Cell isn't a significant role, but he is present in a few things for the saga. For those who don't know who he is, he is a 7'0' tall bug man. He acts superior around people, and he sounds a bit like Plankton from Spongebob. This guy got a deep and strong voice, I hope my guys out there can perform.
