Hiyoko Saionji’s title is the Ultimate Traditional Dancer; her cute appearance, voice, and initial way of talking give the impression of a innocent and childlike personality, but is quickly revealed that she is very direct, cruel and malicious, she appears to feel a sense of superiority, she’s often hostile and insulting, claiming that other people exist to serve her and that she doesn't need friends.
