Neve is the Aptitude of Ice who appears more as a woman. She is very cold-hearted and stern, and for a part of the series, she uses Wren to do her biddings. She gives the holder of her ring the power to manipulate ice. She’s not necessarily evil, however. She’s just fed up with fighting. She thinks highly of herself and talks semi-formally.
“Why are you here?”
(Giving almost an inspirational speech) “All your friends are fighting to save themselves and us. Shouldn’t you be fighting, too? What can you do about it?”
(Answering a question) “Only once these fights are settled and I’m back to Earth. Then I’ll have enough power to save them. That being said… Horith?”
