Maira Terrick (pronounced MY-ruh) is the younger sister of Son, being one of the only people to call him by his full name. At the time of her introduction, she and her brother are an inseparable pair. Son is introduced as being a mercenary, just having been bequeathed his license, but Maira is still in training under the same guild. As the two are rarely seen away from each other, they have been through many experiences together and almost share an identical backstory. Their personalities have been significantly formed through their relationship with one another; Son, being the older brother, takes the role of the guardian whereas Maira keeps him grounded. Even though both Son and Maira appear pessimistic to the world around them, it is very clear that they share a deep and profound love and will go through great lengths to protect each other. Having practically been inseparable since childhood, it is no surprise that they have trust issues and remain skeptical from strangers or outside temptations.

About the character's voice:
She is the youngest main character at 14 years old, but she is also one of the most intelligent and has her head screwed on. Maira may not be the definition of a mercenary, but she has the inner workings of a genius and cunning strategist, yet her complete lack of ego and self awareness gives her this sweet naivety.
