Malachi is a wealthy lad, heir to a family fortune and and Elvi (Elf) of great renowned. His family owns the largest trading company in Liphilius and is know for their wealth, lavish parties and skill in trade. Malachi is the youngest of two sons, and as such can relax without the weight of heirdom on his shoulders- this also makes him an unoccupied rascal; womaniser, charming, manipulative and a gambler. Though he is betrothed to a noble woman for his family's reputation's sake- he has no qualms about side affairs.

While he is kiiiind of a jerk, he gets away with it by how likeable and charming he appears.
