Drunkle Qrow for Cian Plum
Cian has a really smug, flirty demeanor to him. He tries to be smooth, with varying results, mostly failures. He thinks of himself as a descendant of the great Professor Plum -- yes, from the board game Clue(do). He's not particularly well-versed in his field on a professional level, but he's solved a lot of small cases in Cork, where he lives. He just refuses to shut up about the fact that he COULD solve a high-scale murder case if he wanted to. He just doesn't want to.

Voice Reference: This man is incredibly smug. Think similarly to the attitude of Kokichi Ouma. An Irish accent would be preferred, since the character was born and raised in Ireland. For voice, I recommend listening to Hajime Hinata and Kiibo's voices. Smooth tone, medium pitch. Just a lot more smug than normal.
