Neve is the Aptitude of Ice who appears more as a woman. She is very cold-hearted and stern, and for a part of the series, she uses Wren to do her biddings. She gives the holder of her ring the power to manipulate ice. She’s not necessarily evil, however. She’s just fed up with fighting. She thinks highly of herself and talks semi-formally.
