I don't know how to explain his accent, but make it sort of not posh british or sort of Irish.. Joker is trys to make everything joyful, but he is not happy. He is pretty much a slave to his "father" and does anything for him because he saved Joker's life. Oh and he runs a circus. You sound sped up and have not much emotion. Joker is a more emotional character. Sure he usually keeps his feeling locked up, but he is not emotionless.
