Kazushi is a fellow athlete in the Sports team you pick within the game. Regardless of which club you join, his problem remains the same. Kazushi instantly takes a liking to the main protagonist and considers him a worthy rival, however; due to over-training, Kazushi suffers an accident and injures his leg. He tries to hide his injury and keep pace with his classmates to no avail. Eventually, he is forced to swallow his pride and rest or risk losing function of his leg entirely.

Kazushi is a fun character. He is super likeable even if he is a bit bone-headed. He has healthy sportsmanship but is very hard on himself as an athlete. In all honesty, he embodies the Chariot (his marked Arcana) in every way. I'm looking for a voice that sounds pleasant, but has that subtle energy of a guy looking for a challenge.

  • Kazushi: I knew the Bay Area competition would be tough, but I never expected
to be going up against someone like you...
Kazushi: ...I've made up my mind!
Kazushi: One day, I'm gonna beat you!

  • Kazushi: Today, they took x-rays... I'll know the results tomorrow.
Kazushi: I don't know why they couldn't have told me today.
Kazushi: ...Oh, hey! Don't tell anyone about me going to the hospital,
    alright?
    Kazushi: I'm counting on you!
Kazushi: ...I-I'm always asking you to keep quiet... Sorry 'bout that.

  • Kazushi: My nephew got into an accident and his leg got messed up...
Kazushi: He can't walk right now...
Kazushi: ...but if he goes through rehab, he might be able to recover!
Kazushi: He says it hurts too much, though, so he doesn't want to do it...
Kazushi: He's only five. There are so many things he's never done...
Kazushi: I made a deal with my nephew that--don't laugh, alright--
Kazushi: ...if I become number one in Japan, he'll go through rehab.
