Merlin is a SkyWing and the (slightly) older brother (by about ten minutes) to Firestarter. 

Merlin is extremely close to his brother, though that doesn't stop him from teasing him. Merlin is considerate though, and skilled at reading other dragons.

About 7 years (Dragon) old. Fully-grown. Equivalent to 18~ years (Human) old. 

  • Merlin: Don’t worry, I know how to avoid getting burned. So how are you liking the room? Seems a little… stoney to me.

  • Merlin (worried): Hey, hey, hey. Woah. Calm down, it's just me. Are you alright? 

  • Merlin (teasing): Now how do you feel, sharing a cave with a firescales and one of the ‘dragonets of destiny’?
