This is KKRTB radio news on the hour broadcasting in partnership with the National Public Radio, the British Radio Service, and the Canadian Public Radio Broadcasting Signal. This is Helen Flinch, and we have a somewhat unusual coverage today (takes a deep breath) from the South Pole. Yes, we are in the South Pole.
(Scared) What is that sound? What is happening? Jerry, what's going on?
(hysterical) Jesus, what are those things! What the hell are those things!

Your acting was spot on and your accent is really interesting for the part. Perhaps you should make another attempt to sound a bit more natural at the beginning. The "Yes, we are at the South Pole" from the first line can be changed to "Yeah," if you think that would sound better. Either way, you sound great!
