The leader of the 80's tribe. Once a student in an NCR orphanage, he and many others fled after the mistreatment they were facing.  Eventually, he became the leader of one of the larger groups of 80's in the canyonlands.  He is a harsh ruler who leads with brute force. He hates all outsiders, seeing them as the people who abused him long ago.
