Scuttlebutt Pete is a faceless dredger from Bigg City Port. He helps dredge out areas near the docks and some areas along canals and waterways to make them deep enough for boats and ships to either dock or pass through so they don't get stuck. He's also a notorious gossip - hence his name. He highly enjoys voicing superstitions, especially when there is fog around. His voice should sound like Nigel Anthony
