Bede is the Fairy Type Gym Leader of Ballonlea Stadium as well as Victor's rival. He has a young male teen voice, which has a tone of sass mixed into it. In the canon, Bede was normally a very stuck up kid who brushes people off, but in this story that breaks off as he apologizes for his rudeness towards Hop in the past.
(in tears, upset) “I’m so sorry for everything I said to you. It was unforgivable for me to say such things."
(cold in a mocking tone) "A disgraceful brother."
