One of the members of Iris' team, Elliott is a collected and calculating individual who has an affinity for rules and regulations. He is suspicious and distrustful of a number of characters, including Iris. As a Vanguard operative, Elliott was assigned to Iris' team under less-than-harmonious circumstances and the other members gradually become aware that he knows far more about Iris' past than they do. He speaks bluntly and clearly.

Elliott will return for Season 4 of Infinity, so his voice actor will need to be committed to that season as well.
