The first caller who calls into Frank's show during the events of the story, Cecile is a young woman who believes her boyfriend is cheating on her. At the time that she calls, she is on her way to his house to prove her claims, and calls Frank in the hopes that he will encourage her on her mission.
Cecile should sound frantic and young, about 19-21 years of age. Her accent doesn't matter, but there is no "Any" option, so have fun with it!
(Crying) Hi Frank, I'm on my way to my boyfriend's house right now. I know it sounds crazy, but I'm one hundred percent sure he's cheating on me, and I don't know, I-I really wanted to talk to someone while I drive to his house to confront him, and I didn't know who else to call, and your show was on, and I just, I don't know, I called you!
*Frank will respond asking how Cecile knows her boyfriend is cheating on her. Come up with an out-of-the-box but still somewhat realistic response. If you are selected for this role, your response will be used in the final script!*
Firstly, audio quality is good, and I do like the read overall. You have a good voice! The second half does drag a bit, so if cast we'll cut it down some. Secondly, I'm 100% sure there's no option for "any" accent, I've checked three times, but perhaps it's only available when the role is first created. In any case, good audition overall.
Thanks for the feedback! :) I'm not particularly good with improv, so I tried my best there. I just checked, that is strange, there is no option for it anymore. I checked one of my projects in the Edit section, and for most roles it displayed "North American" under accent. I didn't save, then I checked the project itself on the page and it said "Any." Maybe for older projects it's still a thing, I'll ask on the CCC Discord.
