The mysterious Mr. Qi is not known by much of any of the residents of Pelican Town - he remains in the shadows, leaving notes that he hopes will entice those who read them and ultimately unlock their true potential if followed carefully and confidently. He seems to speak calmly in a hushed voice, yet he appears to be rather casual in his speech as well.
