Being a mayor is stressful, and is even more stressful when you have the will of the Royal Family constantly breathing down your neck. DeDeDe is prone to nervous breakdowns and is under constant anxiety as he fixes the problems that come with managing the Arena. Meanwhile, crime in his city continues to be an issue.

DeDeDe will be a frequent character.
