Derpy Hooves is a Pegasus pony who mostly appears as a background character in the show. In this comic, she appears as the main focus of the story where she meets up with her friend Carrot Top. However, Carrot Top continuously teases Derpy for secretly hiding her feelings on her crush Doctor Hooves aka Whooves.
She is shy and she's very embarrassed when she's forced to admit her crush to Carrot Top. And she can get a bit over the top when she finally confesses her secret out loud. But she's a sweet pony who absolutely gushes like a fan-girl near the end.
Her voice range should be mid high. For reference, I'm going with Ruby Rose from RWBY (Volume 2-present)
